How Women Propose to Men.
Times have changed and so have traditions and trends. New methods of doing things are emerging and people are embracing them. Traditions and norms are being discarded as new ones are being adopted. Many people are seeking to embrace the new trends and standards being set in the society. Everyone is creating their own rules that they want to follow without being questioned. Societal norms are being defied. There are standards set on how to handle relationships and marriages.
Marriage proposals were things that were mandated to be done by men. The men are also expected to be the heads of families and homes. Women were expected to take the back seat when it comes to decision making in families. The notion has been carried to latter days. Women are being empowered to become bold to do the things considered masculine. Men are being proposed for marriages by women. Women proposing to men for marriages is a set rule that is being followed and accepted by many. Movements such as feminism and women being empowered has propelled women into such bold acts. A woman proposing to a man no longer takes people by surprise.
It is important to note however that the new trends come with new rules and methodology. Proposing to a man by a woman is not done in the same manner in which men propose to women. Women have adapted new methods to use when proposing to men which they consider modern. It is the mother of the men who are asked for consent when a woman is seeking to propose to a man. A woman planning to propose to a man should get a perfect ring for the same. Women can go beyond purchasing rings in order to break the conventional trend by men of buying rings. Women opt for things such as wrist watches, or a pair of shirt cufflinks to use for proposal. Desperation should not be the sole reason as to why a woman proposes to a man, instead, it should be the desire to spend the rest of her life with the man that should be the driving force. This makes it easier to get the right words to speak when popping out the proposal. Women are not obliged to go down on one knee when proposing to a man as is conventionally done by men. This will make the process look too obvious and monotonous. Coming up with a new style when proposing to a man makes it more lively and unique.
